| dc.description.abstract | This study aims at identifying the effectiveness of the organizational culture in The skill of Solving the school problems that face the principals of secondary schools in the governorates of the West Bank according to their viewpoints. Also, it aims at identifying the differences in the organizational culture and The skill of Solving the school problems according to several variables of sex, academic qualification, years of experiences, school location, the governorate and the number of the students at schools. The study community consists of all the principals of secondary schools in the governorates of the West Bank who are (686) .The study sample of 230 individuals was chosen randomly . For achieving the study purposes, descriptive method has been used . Also, a questionnaire as a study tool has been developed, subjected to judgment, distributed among the study sample, gathered, entered the computer and statistically processed by using the statistical package for social science (SPSS). Several tests have been used included T-test, One Way Anova and multiple regression test. Kronapaph Alpha test has been used to measure the reliability of the study which shows that the reliability of the organizational culture domain was (0.82) and The skill of Solving the school problems domain was(0.94) . The study results showed the following : 1. There is a high degree of organizational culture and The skill of Solving the school problems according to the sample's view points . The means were (3.87) for the former; (4.09) for the later. 2. The organizational culture explained 43.0% of school problems solving. 3. There are no statistical references at ( α = 0.05) level of the means of the principals' means in organizational culture and The skill of Solving the school problems due to the variables of sex, academic qualification , school location, governorate, the number of the students at school while there are statistical references due to the variable of years of experience ,and in the domain of collecting, classifying and analyzing data . These differences were for levels of (less than 6 years). According to the study results, several recommendations have been suggested: Teachers' participation in decision- making is very important in order to make them more activists in school works. Participation will encourage the spread of a productive organizational culture. Students' participation in school work is very necessary as they are part of organizational culture and problem – solving process. | dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى فاعلية الثقافة التنظيمية في مهارة حل المشكلات المدرسية التي تواجه مديري المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في محافظات الضفة الغربية من وجهات نظرهم، إضافةً إلى بيان الاختلاف في وجهات النظر في درجة الثقافة التنظيمية وحل المشكلات تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة الإدارية، وموقع المدرسة، والمحافظة، وعدد الطلبة في المدرسة. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في محافظات الضفة الغربية، والبالغ عددهم (686) مديراً، وقد اختارت الباحثة عينة عشوائية بسيطه منهم، وقد بلغ عددهم (230) مديراً، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وقامت بإعداد استبانة بالاعتماد على الأدب النظري والدراسات ذات الصلة، احتوت على مجالين: المجال الخاص بالثقافة التنظيمية، ومجال حل المشكلات، وقد تكون مجال الثقافة التنظيمية من 6 مجالات و62 فقرة، أما مجال مهارة حل المشكلات فقد تكون من 5 مجالات و31 فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدق الاستبانة من خلال عرضها على لجنة من المحكمين وتم استخراج معاملي الثبات لمحوري الدراسة بواسطة معادلة ألفا كرونباخ، إذ بلغ معامل الثبات لمحور الثقافة التنظيمية (0.82)، بينما بلغ معامل الثبات لمحور حل المشكلات (0.94) وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) من خلال اختبار "ت"، وتحليل التباين الأحادي، وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أولاً: هناك درجة مرتفعة للثقافة التنظيمية ومهارة حل المشكلات المدرسية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية الثانوية من وجهات نظر المديرين، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات المديرين على الثقافة التنظيمية (3.87)، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجاباتهم على مهارة حل المشكلات (4.09). ثانياً : فسّرت الثقافة التنظيمية في هذه الدراسة 43.0% من مهارة حل المشكلات المدرسية. ثالثاً: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة (= 0.05 α) بين متوسطات وجهات نظر المديرين في مجالات الثقافة التنظيمية ومهارة حل المشكلات المدرسية في المدارس الحكومية الثانوية، تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وموقع المدرسة، والمحافظة، وعدد الطلبة في المدرسة، وكان هناك فروق في متغير الخبرة الإدارية فقد وجد فرق دال إحصائياً في مجال جمع المعلومات وتصنيفها وتحليلها، بين فئتي الخبرة (أقل من6سنوات)، و(من6-10سنوات)، ولصالح(أقل من 6 سنوات). ووجود فرق دال إحصائياً في مجال جمع المعلومات وتصنيفها وتحليلها، بين فئتي الخبرة (أقل من 6 سنوات)، و(أكثر من 10 سنوات)، ولصالح (أقل من 6 سنوات). وبناءً على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، أوصت الباحثة بتوصيات منها ضرورة الاهتمام بزيادة مشاركة المعلمين في اتخاذ القرارات المدرسية، وذلك أن مشاركتهم الفاعلة تجعلهم أكثر انخراطاً في العمل المدرسي، مما يؤدي إلى شيوع ثقافة تنظيمية مدرسية منتجة، والعمل الفوري على مشاركة الطلبة في العمل المدرسي، وعدم اعتبارهم خارج مفهوم الثقافة التنظيمية أو حل المشكلات المدرسية، وضرورة تدريب المديرين على دراسة بدائل حل المشكلات بفاعلية أكبر، وعمل محاكاة لتلك البدائل قبل تنفيذها أو اعتماد أي منها كحل للمشكلة. | ar |
