Abstract

 Abstract:  Pipe cutting machine used for cutting circular profiles and pipes by head of oxygen head, and it contain three main parts. Firstly, design part contains vertical axis to movement up and down motion, horizontal head to fix the head of cutting and pipe holder used to holding pipe. Secondly,  the control part contain Ac motor used to rotate the holding parts and inverter used to control the speed and feed rate and used Dc motor to rotate screw in vertical axis.Finally. head cutting pipe ,contain three line ,LBG or Nitrogen  line , low  pressure oxygen for heating ,and high pressure oxygen for cutting ,in addition the pipe cutting machine can cut very mach thickness up to 250mm.
