Abstract
This project is a new innovation at the local level, as it combines an informational center for tourists -
which the city of Nablus lacks - and a heritage center at the same time, as Nablus contains important
historical and heritage value, and it is a point of attraction for tourists from different countries. This
project aims to provide several Sections of the first section is the tourist informatics section, which
provides sufficient information and tourist guides for visitors during their movement within the city and
provides them with complete formats that provide their full needs. This section also presents historical
and heritage information about the city of Nablus in various languages and the provision of specialized
staff in this field
And the annexes of the building to the museum to display the Palestinian heritage. At the same time,
the center offers many evenings, celebrations and heritage activities such as the Dabkeh, poetic songs,
plays and other heritage in the public amphitheater, and the handicrafts section that displays the
mechanism of making heritage pieces and provides stores to sell them to tourists and others,
The project was chosen near the Old City for several reasons, the most important of which is its
proximity to the station and the target of tourists - the Old City - and because it is a vital place and a
gathering place for the residents of Nablus and others. It is a land surrounded by markets and bus
stations, so it provides them with a social area and green spaces overlooking the Old City.
The project is generally divided into two parts, the first part is the building, and it includes all the
details mentioned and a public area overlooking the old town
