| dc.description.abstract | Abstract This study discusses the methods of political change among the Islamic political movements. "The Muslim Brotherhood Movement in Egypt 1928-2005" will be a case study, Islamic political movement has been crucial role in modern middle east history. The role is expected to increase further in light of the revolutions that are taking place in the Arab world2011 which resulted in the elections that were organized in a number of Arab countries such as Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt. results have shown the growing role of the Islamic political movements as a partner in the decision-making process after long absence from the official political scene. We argue in the study that the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt has adopted, in its quest to make the change it desires in the Egyptian society, a number of different methods that are sometimes seen as contradictory. However, the selection mechanism of these methods and their execution in light of the prohibition that the Brotherhood Movement experiences often come close to changes in intellect and ideology. For that purpose, the study laid down a number of questions about the nature of these methods and the mechanisms that the Egyptian Brotherhood Movement has adopted in its quest to achieve full change in the Egyptian society since its establishment in 1928 until the year 2005. Based on this, the study suggests the variability of the methods that the Muslim Brotherhood Movement have adopted in order to achieve political change that corresponds to its intellectual visions; however, it did not succeed in forming a government that has an Islamic reference. A number of scientific research methodologies such as, the analytical, descriptive methodology in order to analyze the positions, ideas and behaviors of the Movement in different stages to achieve total change; The extent to which these methods did or did not fulfill the goals of the Movement was examined. Moreover, the researcher followed the historical methodology to shed light on the most significant historical stages in the Movement's history. The study was concluded with a number of results. First, it emphasized the hypothesis which said that the Brotherhood Movement did not succeed in quest to achieve change during the period of the study. Second, The movement was able to obtain the accomplishment and de facto legitimacy during its quest to change in spite of the fact that the Movement was banned over a long time of its history and existence. Finally, the study recommens for more success first, that it is necessary for the Brotherhood Movement to change its stereotype which always depicted it as a movement that uses violence , second it is important for Muslim Brotherhood Movement to adopt a clear discourse not subject to different interpretation about its vision of the shape of the Egyptian state, the role of the Copts and women. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | الملخص تبحث هذه الدراسة في أساليب التغيير السياسي لدى حركة الإخوان المسلمين في مصر " 1928-2005 " وذلك في إطار الدور الذي تلعبه حركات الإسلام السياسي في الحراك السياسي والاجتماعي في العالمين العربي والإسلامي والذي من المتوقع أن يتنامى في ظل الثورة التي تجتاح العالم العربي وما أفرزته من نتائج في الانتخابات التي نظمت في عدد من الدول مثل تونس والمغرب ومصر والتي أوضحت تنامي دور حركات الإسلام السياسي كشريك في صناعة القرار بعد غياب دام لعشرات السنوات عن المشهد السياسي الرسمي. تكمن إشكالية الدراسة في أن حركة الإخوان المسلمين المصرية انتهجت خلال سعيها لإحداث التغيير الذي ترتئيه في المجتمع المصري عدد من الأساليب والآليات المختلفة والمتناقضة أحيانا إلا أن آلية الاختيار بين تلك الأساليب وكيفية ممارستها في ظل حالة الحظر الذي تعيشه الحركة تقترب في الكثير من الأحيان من تغييرات في الفكر. ومن أجل ذلك تطرح الدراسة العديد من التساؤلات حول طبيعة الأساليب والآليات التي انتهجتها حركة الإخوان المسلمين المصرية في سعيها نحو تحقيق تغيير شامل في المجتمع المصري منذ تأسيسها عام 1928 وحتى عام 2005 وأبرز التحولات التي طرأت على تلك الأساليب ونظرة الحركة لعدد من القضايا مثل المرأة والأحزاب والأقباط والإصلاح السياسي. وبناء على ذلك تفترض الدراسة تعدد الأساليب التي اتبعتها حركة الإخوان المسلمين المصرية من أجل إحداث التغيير السياسي الذي يتوافق ورؤاها الفكرية إلا أنها لم تنجح في مساعيها التغييرية في تشكيل حكومة ذات مرجعية إسلامية خلال فترة الدراسة الممتدة منذ العام 1928-2005. انتهج الباحث عدد من منهجيات البحث العلمي في دراسته تمثلت بالمنهج المقارن، وذلك من خلال مقارنة المرجعيات الفكرية النظرية للحركة مع بعضها البعض وممارستها الفعلية على أرض الواقع في صناعة التغيير والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك من أجل تحليل مواقف وآراء وسلوكيات الحركة في مراحلها المختلفة في سبيل محاولاتها لإحداث التغيير الشامل في كل مرحلة من تلك المراحل ومدى اقتراب أو بعد تلك الأساليب من تحقيق أهداف الحركة ورؤاها الفكرية وكذلك المنهج التاريخي لتسليط الضوء على أبرز المحطات التاريخية في مسيرة الحركة . خرجت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج من أبرزها تأكيد فرضية الدراسة بعدم نجاح حركة الإخوان المسلمين في تحقيق رؤاها التغييرية خلال فترة الدراسة، وكذلك بان الحركة قد استطاعت أن تكتسب شرعية الانجاز والأمر الواقع خلال مسيرتها التغييرية على الرغم من حالة الحظر التي عايشتها خلال معظم محطات وجودها، وهو الأمر الذي الذي استطاعت الحركة تتويجه بفوزها في الانتخابات النيابية والرئاسية ما بعد الثورة المصرية التي كان أحد مخرجاتها رفع حالة الحظر التي واكبت مختلف محطات حركة الإخوان المسلمين منذ نشاتها عام 1928 وحتى قيام الثورة في مصر عام 2011. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام حركة الإخوان المسلمين بتغيير الصورة النمطية التي رافقتها حول تكرر استخدامها للعنف والعمل السري كوسيلة رئيسية للتغيير وأهمية أن تتبنى خطابا واضحا وغير قابل للتأويل حول رؤيتها لشكل الدولة المصرية ودور الأقباط والمرأة فيها. | ar |
