| dc.description.abstract | This study mainly defined the concept of Permission linguistically and idiomatically. As well as highlighting and discussing the verses and AlAhadith(sayings of the prophet Mohammad pbh) related to the topic. Also this study shed the light on the kinds of Permissions, and the most important Islamic laws that highly related to Permission. This research ends by concluding the following claims: 1-Permission -especially when entering the houses of others_ is a must that we as Muslims have to abide by for several reasons. Firstly, as a way to keep privacy and personal life for the owners of the houses. | dc.description.abstract | لقد حرص الإسلام في تشريعاته على موضوع الاستئذان، ونظم من الأحكام الشرعية ما يحفظ أعراض الناس، والناظر بعين التأمل إلى نصوص القرآن الكريم والسنة المشرفة يجد المساحة الواسعة التي أخذها موضوع الاستئذان فيهما؛ مما يدل على الأهمية الكبرى لهذا التشريع الذي يمكن أن نسميه التشريع الاجتماعي، ومن خلال دراستي لهذا الموضوع فقد قمت بالتعريف بالاستئذان من الناحية اللغوية والاصطلاحية، و أفضت الحديث عن دلالات الآيات و الأحاديث التي تكلمت عن هذا الموضوع، كما أنني تكلمت عن أقسام الاستئذان، وتطرقت إلى الحديث عن أهم الأحكام والتشريعات المتعلقة بالاستئذان، وقد خلصت في بحثي هذا إلى وجوب الاستئذان وخاصة عند دخول البيوت؛ لحفظ عورات الأنفس و الأموال، وحتى تبقى البيوت سكنا ومستقراً لأهلها، و يجب على المستأذِن أن يتخير الوقت المناسب للزيارة، وعليه أن يتحلى بالآداب والأخلاق الحميدة، فيغض بصره ويخفض صوته. | ar |
