dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this present study was to identify the relationship between the financial income satisfaction and performance level of the professional soccer players in the West Bank according to the players point of view، and identifying the differences the relationship level between the financial income satisfaction and performance level of the professional soccer players in the West Bank according to the geographical area change , playing center , playing experience , participation in the team and monthly income، The researcher used the descriptive approach because of its appropriateness to the nature of the study.This study was composed of (246) players who spread over (12) clubs. However، the study sample includes (146) players playing in (12) clubs which forms the percentage of (55%) of the whole study. Actually, the researcher used the questioner as a method of collecting data and information. Data collected was analyzedusing (SPSS). This study has finally shownthat financial income contributed to the improvement of the performance level of professional soccer players in West Bank. The researcher recommended the following: First, the creation of sports institutions and spreading them on the professional teams to guarantee good infrastructure for the application of professionalism. Second، all the clubs should stick to pay wages and salaries on time according to the contracts terms and conditions. Finally, all the clubs should stick to the professionality system to improve players quality and performance.en
dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف الى العلاقة بين الرضا عن الدخل المالي ومستوى الأداء لدى اللاعبين المحترفين لكرة القدم في الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر اللاعبين. والتعرف الى الفروق في مستوى العلاقة بين الرضا عن الدخل المالي ومستوى الأداء لدى اللاعبين المحترفين لكره القدم في الضفة الغربية تبعا لمتغير المنطقة الجغرافية، ومركز اللعب، والخبرة في اللعب، والمشاركة في الفريق، والدخل الشهري، أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة تساؤلات الدراسة، حيث بلغ عدد اللاعبين ( 264) لاعبا موزعين على (12) ناديا، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 146) لاعبا يمثلون ما نسبته ( 55%) من حجم مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية : أن الدخل المالي ساهم في تحسين مستوى الأداء لدى اللاعبين المحترفين لكرة القدم في الضفة الغربية وقد جاء مرتفعا، وانعكس ذلك على تحسين مستوى الاداء و العلاقه بينهم كانت ايجابية لدى اللاعبين المحترفين لكرة القدم في الضفة الغربية، ومن أهم التوصيات التي يوصي بها الباحث ضرورة إيجاد المنشات الرياضية وتوزيعها على فرق المحترفين لضمان بنية تحتية جيدة لتطبيق الاحتراف، وإلتزام جميع الأندية بدفع الأجور والرواتب بموعدها المحدد وفق البنود والشروط المبرمة في العقود، وألتزام جميع اللاعبين بنظام الإحتراف لتحسين جودة ومستوى الأداء لدى اللاعبين، وتطبيق نظام الإحتراف بكافة الجوانب وعلى الالعاب الجماعية الأخرى من خلال اللاعب والنادي لتطوير مستوى الرياضة في الوطن والخارج.ar
