dc.descriptionThis study aims to examine the inspection period option and its' contemporary applications. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach to describe the inspection option by returning to the old books of the scholars of jurisprudence and gathering their sayings and looking more closely at the contemporary works in regard and stating the contemporary applications of the mentioned option. The study found a range of results, most notably: The idea of the inspection period option is based on choosing between two or three things with a price limit for each of them, and with the seller telling the buyer to choose any of them within three days. Therein lies the wisdom of the inspection period option so that the buyer can be cautious, carefully considers and takes a good look at the item and gets advice from specialists. The inspection period option is three days or less, and it moves to the heirs. Back in the day, the inspection period option was limited to dresses and slaves, but nowadays it includes many examples in the field of real estate and chattels. The study was concluded with the following recommendations: 1. The researcher recommends that attention should be paid to the understanding of the jurisprudence of transactions, and students must be encouraged to write about this topic. 2. Guiding students to select topics of interest so that they can be applied in our contemporary reality.en_US
