dc.description.abstractThis Thesis is Which is Titled as โ€œThe financial rights of a Muslim woman whose husband has passed away according to the Islamic fiqh from one side and Personal Status law from the otherโ€ Was introduced as a complement of the requirements of the Master degree in jurisprudence and legistlation at the Faculty of Graduate Studies at An Najah National University. This Thesis consists of an introduction, Four chapters and a conclusion the first chapter discussed the financial rights concerning the concept and the legitimate origin, the second chapter dealt with the financial rights of Muslim women whose Muslim husband is dead such as a dowry, inheritance alimony and child custody and housing in terms of in jurisprudence and legal terms, the third chapter was about the financial right of non- Muslim women whose Muslim husband has dead This chapter discussed the financial rights of clerical and apostate women in jurisprudence and law. The four chapter discussed the previous debt for the wife to her husband as the alimony debt and the additional money given by the husband to his wifes dowry. The conclusion and recommendations included the most important result such as: The dory is insured to the Muslim and the non- Muslim wife once the husband is dead, the inheritance of the husband is insured to the Muslim wife isn`t included in the inheritance because of the religion difference the divorced women in Iddah has no alimony whether she is Muslim and if the husband has got a debt to his wife and he died before giving it her, then she has the right to be a part of his inheritance.en
