dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine physical fitness for physical Education students at An-Najah and Yarmuk Universities. To achieve that, the study was conducted on (33) male and (18) female students from An-Najah University, and on (36) male and (15) fernale students from Yarmuk University. Male students participated in (30) meters sprint (30) seconds sit-ups, vertical Jump and Angle support with 90, while female students participated in 20 meters sprint, 30 seconds push-ups, 30 seconds sit-ups and Angle suppart 90°. The results of (MANOYA) indicated that, there were no significant differences at (α=. 05) between female students in both An-Najah and Yarmuk Universities, they also results indicated asignif icart differences at (α =. 05) in push-ups and 30 melters Tests between male student at An-najah and Yarmuk University in favour of Yarmuk University students. | en |
