| dc.description.abstract | Thankfully good and blessed praise, prayer and peace be upon the Prophet after and after: This research titled social media and its impact on the family doctrinal study members, submitted by the student prayer Omar Katana, under the supervision of the virtue of Dr. Jamal Ahmad Zeid Kilani, as a complement to the requirements of master's degree in jurisprudence and legislation in the College of Graduate Studies at An-Najah National University, said in an introduction and three chapters and a conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations, where I spoke to the fore the importance of the study and the reasons for choosing the topic and research methodology and research plan. And in the first chapter I talked about the concept of communication and types of pre-Islamic and after the advent of Islam with the presentation of some examples of them. And in the second chapter I talked about the definition of social networking sites in terms of its inception, types and characteristics and motivations of use and the effects of positive and negative uses. | dc.description.abstract | الحمد لله حمداً طيباً مباركاً والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد : هذا بحث بعنوان وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأثرها على أفراد الأسرة دراسة فقهيه، مقدم مني أنا الطالبة دعاء عمر محمد كتانه،بإشراف فضيلة الدكتور جمال أحمد زيد الكيلاني، وذلك استكمالا لمتطلبات درجة الماجستير في الفقه والتشريع في كليه الدراسات العليا في جامعة النجاح الوطنية، جاء في مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات، حيث تكلمت في المقدمة عن أهمية الدراسة وأسباب اختيار الموضوع ومنهجية البحث وخطة البحث. و في الفصل الأول تكلمت عن مفهوم الاتصال وأنواعه قبل الإسلام وبعد مجيء الإسلام مع عرض بعض الأمثلة عليها. و في الفصل الثاني تكلمت عن تعريف مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من حيث نشأتها وأنواعها وخصائصها ودوافع استخدامها وآثار استخداماتها الإيجابية والسلبية. أما الفصل الثالث فقد تكلمت فيه عن أهم الضوابط الشرعية لاستخدام وسائل التواصل الحديثة، مع عرض أهم المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة باستخدامها.ثم أنهيت البحث بخاتمة بينت فيها النتائج التي خلصت إليها من هذه الدراسة مع أهم التوصيات وألحقت الخاتمة بقائمة لأهم مصادر البحث التي اعتمدت عليها في البحث.
