Abstract
Abstract This research focuses on the absence of the grammatical mark and its impact on the multiple grammatical interpretations and meanings in the Holy Qur’an, relying on the interpretation provided by "Al-Bahr Al-Muhit "by Abu Hayyan. The grammatical mark in linguistic and grammatical books is closely related to the theory of the “Amil” (the factor). The "Amil" includes letters, verbs or their derivatives. The verbal alteration includes differences in the visible vowel movements at the end of words, but for the discretionary alteration is inferring the diacritical marks that are not found for specific purpose or inhibitor as irregularity or construction and parsing sentences and some morphological inhibitors. In this research, the researcher sheds light on this phenomenon using selected verses from the Holy Qur’an, demonstrating how the absence of the grammatical mark contributes to multiple grammatical interpretations. This is by relying on the interpretation provided by "Al-Bahr Al-Muhit "by Abu Hayyan, examining what it permits among these grammatical facets and what it rejects. The research terms: The absence of grammatical mark, The discretion, The multiplicity of grammatical interpretations, The meaning, Abu Hayyan, Al-Bahr Al-Mohit, Weighting, Rejection. Keywords: Effect of Syntactic; Multifunctionality; Al-Bahr Al-Muheet
