| dc.description.abstract | <p>Information is considered the vital source of life and main support for decision making policy. In rent years, information technology witnessed appaloosa propagation and become the key for industrial development and hence the economical growth.<br /> Although, knowledge economy is an inevitable transformation route for the developing countries, it is seems that these countries have structural, cultural and political dilemmas during this transition process.<br /> In the following study, the focus will be on the difficulties that Palestine may experience in the transition to knowledge economy and, the strategic and political approaches suggested in order to overcome these difficulties would be examined.<br /> This situation requires that social dynamics should be shaped in line with the nature of knowledge economy. In the face of economical, financial and political problems that the developing countries try to overcome by the use of structural reforms, it is essential to use different instruments in the transition to knowledge economy.</p> | en |
| dc.description.abstract | <p>تعد المعلومات الشريان الحيوي للحياة المعاصرة، والدعامة الرئيسية لصنع القرار الاقتصادي، والسياسي،والاجتماعي، والأمني حيث شهدت تقنيات المعلومات في السنوات الأخيرة نموًا كبيرا وانتشارا عالميا واسعا حيث ويؤكد أصبحت مفتاح التطور الصناعي، والاقتصادي، والحضاري، و المحور الأساسي للتطور والنمو على المستويين الدولي والوطني.وبالرغم من أن التوجه نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي -الاقتصاد الذي يعتمد على المعرفة- يعد اتجاها لا يمكن الحياد عنه بالنسبة للدول السائرة على طريق التنمية، إلا ان هذه الدول تواجه الكثير من المشاكل الثقافية والسياسية والاجتماعية التي تعيق عملية الانتقال نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي.في هذه الدراسة سيتم التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه عملية الانتقال نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي في فلسطين،بالإضافة الى طرح الاستراتيجيات والسياسات التي يمكنها ان تساند عملية الانتقال نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي، عن طريق طرح السؤال في ما اذا كانت مبادرة فلسطين نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي تعتمد على أسس مناسبة أم لا،وما هي الاستراتيجيات الضرورية في عملية الانتقال نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي في فلسطين.وهذا الوضع الجديد يتطلب حراكا اجتماعيا يتوافق وطبيعة الاقتصاد المعرفي، لمواجه المعوقات المالية والسياسية التي تعاني منها الدول السائرة على طريق النمو وتحاول ان تتخطاها بواسطة الإصلاح الهيكلي فانه من الضروري استخدام وسائل أخرى في الانتقال نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي.</p> | ar |
