dc.description.abstractPraise be to Allah and peace be upon His last messenger, This research is an attempt to clarify the base and the regulations that control legal exorcism, it aims to correct the ideological deviation of many practitioners, taking into consideration that the materialistic view has become the main concern of those practitioners considering such practice as some sort of a career. In fact legal exorcism is special utterances which help to cure certain diseases which cause fatal fate. Exorcism is divided into different performances in which there are certain legal regulations that have to be considered by either the practitioner or the patient (receiver) in which different forms of exorcism are recognized. One of the main popular diseases which is treated by legal exorcism is wizard, epilepsy and envy. It is worth mentioning that Islamic law has pointed out for Muslims the chief means through which they can preserve themselves from Satan’s intrigue and conspiracies including continuous supplication and reciting verses from Holy Quran which grant them cure and recovery in condition that the patient have faith in them and the practitioner have strong will and effect. When cure and recovery are not achieved that is due to either the weakness of the practitioner or non-acceptance of the receiver or may be due to a strong obstacle that hinders the success of the treatment which is similar to the failure of the effect of certain sensual medications.en
dc.description.abstractالحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد: هذا البحث هو خطوة في توضيح القواعد والضوابط التي تضبط الرقية الشرعية, ومحاولة لتصحيح الانحرافات العقدية لدى كثير من المعالجين, خاصة أن النظرة المادية أصبحت الأساس الرئيس في مزاولة الرقية وكأنها مهنة من المهن. فالرُّقى ألفاظٌ خاصةٌ يحدث عندها الشفاءُ من الأسقام والأدواء والأسباب المهلكة, وتنقسم هذه الرقى إلى أقسام, ويجب توافر ضوابط شرعية في الراقي والمُرْقى على حد سواء, وقد وردت عدة كيفيات للرقية. ومن أهم الأدواء الشائعةِ معالجتها بالرقى الشرعية السحر. والمس والصرع والعين. كما أنّ الشريعة الإسلامية بينت للمسلم ما يحفظه من كيد الشيطان ومكره, ومن ذلك الحرص على المداومة على الأذكار والآيات والأدعية التي يستشفى بها ويرقى بها، وهي في نفسها نافعة شافية ولكن تستدعي قبول المحل، وقوة همّة الفاعل وتأثيره، فمتى تخلف الشفاء كان لضعف تأثير الفاعل أو لعدم قبول المنفعل، أو لمانع قوي يمنع أن ينجح فيه الدواء، كما يكون ذلك في الأدوية والأدواء الحسيّة.ar
