| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر ظاهرة "التحكم في جنس الجنين"من النوازل والقضايا المستجدة في المجتمع الإسلامي؛ حيث بدأت تتفشى شيئا فشيئا بين الناس، لذلك سوف يتم دراسة هذه النازلة، وبيان حكمها من الناحية الشرعية في هذا البحث الموسوم بـ: "أثر التعليل بمقاصد المكلفين على حكم التحكم في جنس الجنين". اقتضت طبيعة البحث الإجابة على إشكالية البحث الآتية: ما مدى أثر مقاصد المكلفين على حكم التحكم في جنس الجنين؟ وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية؛ يقتضي الأمر تقسيم البحث إلى مطلبين، سيتم التعريف في المبحث الأول بمصطلحات البحث، أما المطلب الثاني؛ فسيتطرق إلى نشأة هذه النازلة وتطورها عبر العصور، أما في المطلب الثالث؛ فسوف يتم بيان أثر مقاصد المكلفين في التحكم في جنس الجنين، عن طرق التدخل الطبي والتدخل الاجتماعي. | en_US |
