E-learning represents an innovative shift in the field of learning, since computer applications can help making the learning process easier, faster and more accurate. The use of E-Learning has other benefits such as reducing the correcting time for exams and homework assignments and significantly reducing the massive paper consumption by the university.   The proposed project on hand is to evaluate the feasibility of transforming traditional classrooms into computerized class rooms ready for E-Learning.  There are two objectives for this project; the first is to study the economic feasibility of such transformation. The second objective is to find the optimal design for the E-Learning room considering the design principals of Ergonomics that will not cause health problems to students.   The project will start by an extensive search in the literature about the design and the economic feasibility/ Ergonomic design of E-learning classroom. Then detailed information will be collected from the E-Learning center at An-Najah that will help evaluating the requirements for building a proper E-Learning classrooms. Then detailed economic analysis will be performed to evaluate the economic feasibility of such transformation. Then considering ergonomic design factors and utilizing a design software the classroom will be rendered by 3D model.   The design of the new E-learning computerized classrooms prepared with the needed equipment will lead to an optimized learning process. The work will consider economic and ergonomic features of the design that will in return improves the quality of the educational process.     en
