Occurring Program of Practical Training Education in the Palestinian High Education institutions from the student-Teacher Perspectives

| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed at realizing the reality of practical education in the Palestinian higher education institutions from the student-teachers' perspectives (teaching science) To achieve this, the researcher used a questionnaire composed of 62 items distributed amongst four domains including the collaboration of the cooperative school, the effectiveness of the university supervisor, evaluating the student-teachers and the suitability of the theoretical content for the school practical issues. The sample of study consisted of 83 (68.3%) students-teachers, collected randomly from all the university in the West Bank that offer practical courses. These universities are: An-Najah, Hebron University, Al-Quds Open University and UNERWA Educational College. The researcher used different statistical procedure including SPSS, means, standard deviations, independent sample text, one-way ANOVA to check the degree of the study variables such as the student-teacher’s average, higher institution and the duration of training. Main Results: - The study variables are arranged in terms of importance in their degree respectively: The effectiveness of the university supervisor, the suitability of the practical content for the school practical issues evaluating the students-teachers, the collaboration of the cooperative school and evaluating the students-teachers. The results also showed statistical differences amongst the members of the sample due to gender and university. Recommendations: In the light of these findings, the researcher recommended the following: Increasing the number of credit hours for the practicum course, specifying suitable content for the course including micro-teaching, and means of evaluation, planning, mechanism of following up and means of improving the course amongst other related issues. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف واقع التربية العملية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الضفة الغربية/ فلسطين، من وجهات نظر الطلبة المعلمين / تعليم العلوم، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي:ما واقع التربية العملية- برنامج تعليم العلوم- في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الضفة الغربية من وجهات نظر الطلبة المعلمين؟ والأسئلة الخمسة الفرعية المنبثقة منه. أُستخدمت استبانة كأداة للدراسة مكونة من (62) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات تضمنت: تعاون مدرسة التدريب وفاعلية المشرف الجامعي وتقويم الطلبة المعلمين ومناسبة المحتوى النظري للحاجات التطبيقية بالمدارس. تكّون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة طلبة التربية العملية- برنامج تعليم العلوم - مستوى سنة رابعة في جميع مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الضفة الغربية التي تقدم برامج بكالوريوس التربية تخصص تعليم العلوم للمرحلة الأساسية، وهي جامعة النجاح الوطنية و جامعة الخليل وجامعة القدس المفتوحة، والكلية الجامعية للعلوم التربوية، وكان عدد المستجيبين للاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل (83) من الطلبة المعلمين وبلغت نسبتها 68.3)%) من مجتمع الدراسة. للحصول على النتائج تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss لحساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار(ت) للعينات المستقلة((Independent Samples t-testلفحص تأثير متغير النوع الاجتماعي، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (One- Way ANOVA) لفحص تأثير كل من المتغيرات التالية: معدل الطالب التراكمي، المؤسسة التعليمية، ومرحلة التدريب على واقع التربية العملية. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن متوسطات مجالات الدارسة ترتبت تنازليا كما يلي: فاعلية المشرف الجامعي، مناسبة المحتوى النظري، تعاون مدرسة التدريب، تقييم واقع التقويم، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤسسة التعليمية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة زيادة عدد الساعات المعتمدة للتربية العملية، تخصيص مساق للمحتوى النظري يتخلله أنشطة عملية كالتدريس المصغر، ضرورة العمل على تطوير جوانب برنامج التربية العملية؛ المحتوى النظري وآلية التقويم والتنسيق الفاعل مع مدارس التدريب لإعدادها كمراكز تدريب مؤهلة للطلبة المعلمين. | ar |
