| dc.description.abstract | This research is based on the study of industrial park, which is an industrial area that contains industries and practical services that cooperate with each other to create a sustainable and cooperative environment with the surrounding areas to achieve economic, environmental and social benefits and reduce risks resulting from the industry, especially the sustainable environmental type, which is An industrial system for the exchange of materials and energy in a planned manner, which requires reducing energy and raw materials and their uses, reducing waste and building sustainable social, ecological and economic relations. The historical development of industry and industrial areas globally and locally in Palestine from before the industrial revolution and the transition of industry from handicraft industries between residential areas to the present time and the great technological development and the emergence of cities and industrial complexes outside cities that consider the goals of sustainability have been studied. And the environment in addition to achieving economic and social benefits, and the different types of complexes were explained according to the different classifications of the type of industries and the relationship between industries, finance and others, and the great importance of industrial complexes on the various environmental, economic and social aspects and economic, sustainable and environmental theories and Industrial endemism theories. And work has been done to clarify the role of the Industrial Cities Authority, which was newly established during the time of Yasser Arafat, in developing the Palestinian industrial sector, as Palestine works in developing the industrial sector by all appropriate methods and means, and through specialized official and unofficial bodies, such as: Chambers of Industry and Commerce , The Public Authority for Industrial Cities, which is working to establish cities and industrial zones in Palestine in accordance with the requirements and standards for the establishment of these industrial zones and affiliated to the construction system related to the state, and how this appeared in the proposal of this project for the environmental industrial complex in Salfit in partnership with the university In this research, the proposed site was analyzed at several levels and the site was evaluated, and work was done to develop it according to the planning, design and environmental standards described in the research, where work was done in several stages to clarify the general and detailed conceptual framework and The structural plan of the proposed site and the technical, social and environmental infrastructure plan. | en_US |
