dc.description.abstract | The idea of the project:Is to build a three phase full controlled bridge rectifier ,use it to supply different types of load and to make investigations about the improvement of its grid current .Bridge Characteristics:Single phase bridge rectifier has many characteristics and applications which make it widely used in the industrial applications and these characteristics can be summarized in the following points: Figure 1: The three phase bridge Rectifier Two quadrant operation is possible.The thyristors are triggered at an interval of pi/3 .It is also used to control the speed of DC motors This circuit is widely used in dual converters (ups).It can be used in continuous mode depend on the firing angle. . | en |
