| dc.description.abstract | تكمن أهمية هٰذه الدراسة في مدىٰ أهمية الأمن المعاصر في حياة الشعوب والأمم، فإذا استطاع أعداء الأمة تعطيل الأمن اختلت جميع المصالح الدنيوية والدينية، وسيطر الخوف والقلق والجوع، وفتحت أبواب الحروب وجحيمها علىٰ المجتمعات. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان مفهوم الأمن في الإسلام وشموليته للمسلمين وغيرهم، وبيان جميع مجالاته الفكرية والجنائية والسياسية والاقتصادية، وبيان أن الشريعة الإسلامية قادرة علىٰ حل أقوىٰ مشاكل هٰذا العصر لو تم تطبيقها فعلا. واعتمدت الدراسة علىٰ المنهج الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، والاستدلالي، والوصفي. وقد توصلت إلىٰ نتائج مهمة -في هٰذه الدراسة-؛ من أبرزها: أن الأمن مفهوم واسع وشامل، يتجاوز ما قصره كثير من الناس عليه؛ بل يتجاوزه ليشمل الأمن الديني، والأمن الفكري، والأمن الإنساني، والأمن الثقافي، والأمن الوطني، والأمن المجتمعي، وغيرها. وإن للأمن دورا مهما في بناء المجتمع الإسلامي واستقراره وإبداعه..؛ فالأمن ثمرة للإيمان والعمل الصالح، وهو كذٰلك سمة المؤمن الصادق في إيمانه، فإذا كان إيمان الفرد والجماعة صادقا، تمتعوا بحياة آمنة لا يخافون، ولا يفزعون، ولا يخوفون ولا يروعون غيرهم. كما توصلت إلىٰ أن الفلسطينيين يواجهون تحديات وصعوبات أمنية تصنف إلىٰ نوعين: أحدهما نابع من الدائرة الفلسطينية، والثاني نابع من الدائرة الإسرائيلية -الاحتلال-. وأوصيت بضرورة تعزيز الدراسات الأمنية من منظور فقهي إسلامي، وإدراج مبادئها في المناهج الجامعية، مع ربطها بالتحديات الواقعية. كما أوصيت بترسيخ القيم الإنسانية كالعدل والشورى وحفظ الحقوق، والإستفادة من التراث الفقهي في صياغة استراتيجيات تحقق الأمن واستقرار الأمة. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The importance of this study lies in the extent of the danger contemporary security poses to the lives of peoples and nations. If the nation's enemies are able to disrupt security, all worldly and religious interests will be disrupted, fear, anxiety, and hunger will prevail, and the gates of war and its inferno will be opened to societies. The study also aims to clarify the concept of security in Islam and its comprehensiveness for Muslims and others, and to outline all its intellectual, criminal, political, and economic aspects. It also aims to demonstrate that Islamic law is capable of solving the most difficult problems of this era if it is truly implemented. The study relied on inductive, analytical, deductive, and descriptive approaches. This study reached important results, most notably: security is a broad and comprehensive concept that transcends what many people have limited it to; it extends beyond that to include religious security, intellectual security, human security, cultural security, national security, societal security, and others. Security plays an important role in building, stabilizing, and innovating Islamic society. Security is the fruit of faith and good deeds, and it is also a characteristic of a sincere believer. If the faith of the individual and the group is sincere, they will enjoy a secure life, free from fear, panic, or intimidation. I also concluded that Palestinians face security challenges and difficulties that can be classified into two types: one stemming from the Palestinian sphere, and the other from the Israeli sphere—the occupation. I recommended the need to strengthen security studies from an Islamic jurisprudential perspective, incorporating its principles into university curricula, and linking them to real-life challenges. I also recommended instilling human values such as justice, consultation, and the preservation of rights, and drawing on the jurisprudential heritage to formulate strategies that achieve security and stability for the nation. | |
