| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the level of anxiety and the level of attention focused on the Palestinian Football Federation in the West Bank rulers, as well as to identify the differences in the relationship between anxiety and focus attention level depending on variables expertise in arbitration and the jurisdiction of the arbitration and the degree of governance, the researcher used the descriptive survey the appropriateness of the nature of the questions of the study, and the study was conducted on a sample of (75) ruling from accredited to the Palestinian Football Federation in the West Bank distributors rulers (35) governors Square and (40) the rulers of assistants، as the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information and data have been analyzed data using packets Statistical for social Sciences (Spss, and the results showed that the level of anxiety among the Palestinian Football Association referees was low reached rate (42.4%), has contributed to increasing the level of concentration of attention was the relationship between the two counter-positive between them, and that the level of concentration of attention the rulers high rate stood at (77.8%), as the results of the study showed no statistically significant differences between the assistant referees and the rulers of the scene in focus attention level, while there are differences in the level of anxiety in favor of the assistant referees، and therefore recommended by the researcher is the need for attention to the referees and holding training courses that are related to the psychological side is constantly in addition to the attention of financial incentives and rewards, and the need to apply professional referees to develop their level. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى العلاقة بين مستوى القلق و ومستوى تركيز الانتباه لدى حكام الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم في الضفة الغربية، وكذلك التعرف إلى الفروق في مستوى العلاقة بين القلق وتركيز الانتباه تبعاً لمتغيرات الخبرة في التحكيم والاختصاص في التحكيم ودرجة الحكم، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملائمته لطبيعة تساؤلات الدراسة، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (75) حكماً من الحكام المعتمدين لدى الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم في الضفة الغربية موزعين (35) حكام ساحة و(40) حكام مساعدين، كما استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ((Spss، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى القلق لدى حكام الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم كان منخفضاً فقد بلغت نسبته( 42.4%)، وقد ساهم في زيادة مستوى تركيز الانتباه فكانت العلاقة بينهما عكسية ايجابية بينهما، وأن مستوى تركيز الانتباه لدى الحكام مرتفعاً فقد بلغت نسبته (77.8%)، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحكام المساعدين وحكام الساحة في مستوى تركيز الانتباه، بينما توجد فروق في مستوى القلق لصالح الحكام المساعدين، وعليه يوصي به الباحث هو ضرورة الاهتمام بالحكام وعقد الدورات التدريبية التي تتعلق بالجانب النفسي باستمرار بالإضافة إلى الاهتمام بالحوافز والمكافئات المالية، وضرورة تطبيق الاحتراف على الحكام لتطوير مستواهم. الكلمات الدالة: القلق، تركيز الانتباه، الضفة الغربية | ar |
