| dc.description.abstract | This message includes an introduction and three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction demonstrated the importance of the study, and the reasons for choosing a theme, the research problem, assumptions and limitations of the study and the problems I had in the writing of this research, the three chapters, Chapter I spoke about the concept of innovation, its borders and fields. And innovation in religion are not things in this world, and it’s in worship without transactions that are permissible where the parent is not a ban. | dc.description.abstract | هذه الرسالة تشتمل على مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة . ففي المقدمة بينت أهمية الدراسة، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، ومشكلة البحث والفرضيات وحدود الدراسة والمشاكل التي واجهتني في كتابة هذا البحث، وأما الفصول الثلاثة ، الفصل الأول تحدثت فيه عن مفهوم البدعة وحدودها ومجالاتها . وان البدعة تكون في الدين لا في أمور الدنيا ، ومجالها في العبادات دون المعاملات التي الأصل فيها الإباحة لا الحظر . وذكر الأدلة على تحريم البدعة من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة . ووضحت الفرق بين البدعة والسنة الحسنة وذكرت فيه بعض أسباب انتشار البدع . وفي الفصل الثاني وضعت بعض الضوابط التي من خلالها يحكم على فعل المكلف بالبدعة أو عدمها وفرقت بين القاعدة والضابط ما استطعت : فكانت الضوابط خمسة مدعمه بالأدلة الشرعية من القرآن والسنة وأنزلت هذه الضوابط على الواقع بالأمثلة و التطبيقات على كل ضابط. وفي الفصل الثالث بينت بعض القواعد الأصولية والفقهية، التي من خلالها نحكم على كون الفعل بدعة ام لا وذكرت فيه عشر قواعد مدعمه بالأدلة، من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية ومن ثم تطبيقات على كل قاعدة من واقعنا المعاصر، وفرقت بين البدعة والمعصية حيث ان كل بدعة معصية وليست كل معصية بدعة . وختمت البحث بخاتمة فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات | ar |
