dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to research how the modern Media’s affected the Formation of the Elite Paradigm and how these models can contribute the crystallization of societal and political orientations Based on the assumption that the media have been leading the discussions in framed contexts, influencing the behavior and knowledge of individuals and the public. These models are different from those produced earlier stages in their intellectual characteristics, social status, power, influence, ideologies, and cultural values. The study used the survey methodology to reach a clear interpretation for the interactions of modern media, elites and the public. The study used this method because the study deal with different data and multiple political and social models. The study seeks to find more beyond the disclosure of facts and the impact of variables, up to reasonable explanation for the role of modern media in creating an elite model, the researcher also used the critical approach. The study Summarized results including finding the impact of modern social media platforms and its bigger impact in contrast with other media in creating an elite model. The study also found that the impact of modern media in the elite model industry is in line with the prioritization Agenda-setting theory" while the role of Gatekeeping theory has declined due to the massive spread of electronic media, which ultimately contributed to the production of new elite models While the role of influence has increased in the era of electronic media when it come to The "two stages impact“ theory One of the findings of the study is that the focus of modern media on a particular issue raise it on the list of concerns for the public If a news story or issue about an elitist model is presented even if it is a new personality, it becomes, in a short time, a concern for the public. The results of the study showed the emergence of the new elite model in the face of traditional elites because of the spread of electronic media and the easy possession of technical figures and other accounts and pages on the platforms of social media, and professionalism of these characters in using these platforms. The new elitism model also imposes itself on modern media professionals. The study recommended that the Palestinian elites, all its categories to take the development in the field of media seriously. Among this study recommendation came the call to create a community awareness about the use of social media based on a "not all published is right" and also publish informative and media programs about how to use it on the best ways especially the platforms of social communication, and recommended to develop the sections of journalism in Palestinian universities in line with the development in the field of electronic media. The study came in five chapters, the first one is the General framework of study and the second chapter dealt with the title of elites and social models in Palestine and its relation to the modern media. The third and the fourth examined how the public influenced by the modern media message of elites and social models and the role of modern media workers in the creating elite industry and social models. The fifth chapter contains the result and recommendations of the study.en_US
