Abstract
Abstract The project is a villa or residential house and the main goal is to redesign the building in addition to making all the house plans. Important aspects of the house will be redesigned in addition to improving the spatial planning to achieve efficiency and functionality. There are no specific standards in any design, and it is also not possible to design a 100% plan, but we want to reach a plan with a very low percentage of errors in the design, and the plans must ultimately take into account some important benefits such as improving the quality of life, creating comfortable and healthy spaces, and improving natural lighting and ventilation. In conclusion, distinctive design is an important element for creating a better living environment by improving the quality of life, enhancing functional performance, reducing environmental impact, and adding aesthetic value to society. The house was designed in an integrated manner, taking into account the architectural, structural, environmental, economic and safety of the building. Initially, to achieve the goals for the house, a structured methodology will be used, which is a comprehensive analysis of the site, an extensive review of the literature, and work to collect many ideas in addition to expert opinion. A series of steps will be determined to achieve a fully integrated design: First, attention will be paid to enhancing the architectural aspects, with a focus on space dimensions, distribution, and orientation, and the use of many programs such as (Auto Cad) to improve planning efficiently. Secondly, environmental considerations will be carefully examined and factors such as the topography of the area and neighboring structures will be evaluated to improve natural lighting and shading within the maximum comfort for residents, using the (Revit) and (Design Builder) program while adhering to appropriate standards. A three-dimensional building will be displayed, giving a different perspective on the design. Thirdly, structural checks and analyzes will be conducted to ensure the safety and stability of the building through () and () programs, and the mechanical systems and water installations will be taken into consideration to avoid any conflict with other systems and for the design to be complete and integrated.
