dc.description.abstractThe present study aimed to identify the degree of administrative styles Practice of Heads of Sports Federation in Jordan. The sample of the study consisted of (70) members of the governing bodies during the year (2010). The researchers used the Descriptive Method. The results showed that there is a large degree the practice of two styles: the consultative democratic style and the participative democratic style. the researchers recommend Emphasis the continuity of behaviors of Jordanian heads of sports federations because they are democratic practices.en
dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة رؤساء الاتحادات الرياضية للأنماط الإدارية وفق نظرية ليكرت الرباعية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) عضوا من أعضاء مجالس الإدارة في الاتحادات الرياضية الأردنية للعام 2010، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة رؤساء الاتحادات الرياضية الأردنية للأنماط الإدارية وفق نظرية ليكرت الرباعية كانت كبيرة جدا على النمطين الديمقراطي الاستشاري والديمقراطي التشاركي، وقليلة جدا على النمطين الاستبدادي التسلطي والاستبدادي الخير وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة يوصي الباحثون بالتأكيد على استمرارية الممارسات الإدارية الحالية لرؤساء الاتحادات الرياضية الأردنية كونها ممارسات إدارية ديمقراطية وتلبي متطلبات العمل.ar
