| dc.description.abstract | This graduation project presents Muzon E-Commerce, a digital transformation of a local online store that previously operated solely through Facebook and Instagram. The project addressed several operational challenges such as lack of inventory management, order tracking, customer history, and limited product visibility. A professional WordPress-based e-commerce website was developed using tools like WooCommerce and Elementor to enhance user experience and streamline business operations. The new website allows customers to browse, customize, and order products, as well as track their orders in real time. It also supports digital gift cards, promotional offers, and multilingual browsing. The project successfully improved business efficiency and customer satisfaction through a modern, scalable, and user-friendly online solution. | |
