dc.description.abstract | Abstract This study aimed to uncover the level of administrative empowerment for heads of administrative affairs departments and their job performance from the perspective of employees in those departments, and to illustrate the role of administrative empowerment in job performance. The researcher employed the descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The questionnaire's face validity was ensured, and Cronbach's Alpha was utilized to assess its reliability. The sample included all members of the community due to its small size and easy accessibility, totaling 74 individuals—47 males and 27 females. The study revealed several key findings, notably a statistically significant positive relationship between administrative empowerment and job performance. It also indicated high levels of both administrative empowerment and job performance. Results suggested a reciprocal relationship between administrative empowerment and job performance. The study recommended various measures, including increasing training for department heads and employees, enhancing communication, and sustaining the current performance levels, along with boosting employee motivation to ensure ongoing improvement in performance.
