dc.description.abstractهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد الصفات التي يراها الناخب الفلسطيني مؤهلة لعضو المجلس التشريعي الفلسطيني في انتخابات عام 2006م. وقد جاء ترتيب هذه الصفات كما يلي: كون المرشح غير متهم بالفساد، والمؤهل العلمي للمرشح، وكون المرشح متدينا، والتاريخ النضالي للمرشح، والانتماء الحزبي للمرشح، وكون المرشح ذكرا، والانتماء العائلي، والوضع الاقتصادي للمرشح، وصلة القرابة، ومكان سكن المرشح، وكون المرشح أنثى، وكون المرشح نائبا سابقا. وقد تفاوت ترتيب هذه الصفات حسب خصائص الناخبين، إلا أنهم أجمعوا على الصفتين الأوليين وهما: كون المرشح غير متهم بالفساد، والمؤهل العلمي له. أما كون المرشح نائبا سابقا فقد جاءت في المرتبة الآخرة.ar
