dc.description.abstract	This thesis which is about tyranny, tyrants and oppressed is introduced in the introduction where oppression is defined. It was found that tyranny is an old phenomenon started by the killing of Qabeel to Habeel. Tyranny can be divided into three main types: Non Muslims, man oppressed to others and self oppression .The researcher talked about tyrants' behaviors, causes of tyranny in humanity, social discriminations and corruption that lead to superiority and absolute power, and then it deals with the discrimination between people that spread in medieval ages, which were made by man like differentiate according to colors, richness, and social status. Islam. However refuses slavery and free them through redemption. One of causes of tyranny is lack of religion motive that leads to bad deeds and ignoring the Day of Judgment or even refusing fate when not suit his desire. It is certain that man will oppress himself if he doesn't believe of God and worships people over the almighty and denies their rights. The oppressed will ask for revenge in life and after death. But if the man does not do what God ordered. He is a self oppressed. God will punish him as being said in the Holy Quran nothing will help except our good deeds tyrants punishment divided into two types: life punishment and after death punishment when standing in front of God. The tyrants will face many punishments during their lives such as: diseases, tragedies, poorness, loneliness. In order to redeem and learn lessons as a result of their bad deeds. But if this doesn't make sense, God will punish them through dying and after death when every one to ask for salvation for himself, but nothing will help except our good deeds. However, if they are bad and full with sins, they will go to hill having what they deserve, there every one will mock and despises them. dc.description.abstract	هذا البحث في إنكار الظّلم في ضَوّء الكتاب والسُّنة قمت بتقسيمه إلى فصل تمهيدي وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة. تناولت في الفصل التمهيدي: تعريف الظلم في اللغة والاصطلاح، ثم تحدّثت عن مفهوم الظلم قديماً وحديثاً، مبيّناً أنّ الظلم أمرٌ قديم وقع في الأرض منذ نزل آدم إلى الأرض فقتل ابن آدم أخاهُ ظلماً وعدواناً بغير حق. ولا يزال الظلم في الأرض مستمراً بُصور وأساليب شتى. وفي الفصل الأول: تحدثت عن دواعي الظلم في المجتمعات البشرية، ومنها: النظرة الطبقية، والتي حلّت بالمجتمع، ولا تزال، بإحساس بعض فئات المجتمع بالعظمة والقوّة والاقتدار، والسيطرة والهيمنة، والتفوق المادي والاجتماعي على الآخرين... فظهر ما يُسمّى بالتمييز العنصري، والإحساس بالتفوق العرقي، وسيطرة ذوي البشرة البيضاء على ذوي البشرة السوداء واستعبادهم لفترة طويلة من الزمن، ولا تزال هذه النظرة موجودة في العالم، وتقودها أمريكا، ومن ثم دول أوروبا ومثيلاتها. وما كان الظلم ليقع في الأرض لولا ضعف الوازع الديني عند الظالمين، مما أدى إلى خشيتهم من بني جنسهم من البشر أكثر من خشيتهم من رب العالمين، بل منهم من شكّك بالعدالة الرّبانية، وأكثر من ذلك أحبّ الدنيا وتعلّق بها وقدّمها على الآخرة، بل وكرِهَ الآخرة، فسيطر عليه هوى نفسه، فأحبها، ولم يرضَ بقضاء الله وقدره. وفي الفصل الثاني، تحدثت عن أقسام الظّلم، وهي ثلاثة: ظلم لا يغفره الله تعالى وهو الشّرك بالله، بصوره المختلفة. وظلم الإنسان لأخيه الإنسان، وصُوَر من هذا الظلم، وهو ظلم لا يتركه الله تعالى، فيعاقب الله فاعله، ولا يغفره إلا أن يأخذ صاحب الحق حقَّّه... أو يُعيد الظالم الحقّ إلى مستحقه. أما النوع الثالث من الظلم فهو ظلم الإنسان نفسه، بتقصيره في حق الله من أداء العبادات التي يعود أجرها على صاحبها، وما إلى ذلك أيضاً من تقصير يقع من العبد فيظلم نفسه وكان بإمكانه أن يتحاشى الوقوع في المعاصي التي تُهلكه، أو توقعه في التهلكة.	ar
