dc.description.abstractThis study explores the impact of the of the Porter’s Competitive Strategies application on the performance of the industrial sector in the city of Hebron. The study was conducted between February, 2011 and December, 2011. The sample size consists of 40 firms from the city of Hebron each of which has at least 4 employees. The authors find that there exists a high correlation between the degree of applying Porter’s Competitive Strategies in the industrial sector and the financial performance of those firms in the city of Hebron. The authors also find that the most commonly used Porter’s strategies in the order of their usage are: the strategy of Excellence, the Cost strategy, and the Concentration strategy respectively. Based on the above study, the authors recommend that firms should keep prices as low as possible while promoting their products quality on one hand. On the other hand, the industry must adapt business policies to promote business R&D and human resource quality. Finally, the industry must target certain geographic areas to meet their consumers needs all in an attempt to improve the overall industry image gain more industry market share.en
dc.description.abstractجاءت هذه الدراسة لاختبار مدى تطبيق استراتيجيات بورتر التنافسية وانعكاسها على تنمية أداء القطاع الصناعي في مدينة الخليل، وذلك من خلال اجراء دراسة ميدانية صمم لها استمارة استبيان تناولت الابعاد الخاصة بأهداف الدراسة، وتجدر الاشارة الى ان مجتمع الدراسة يتمثل في جميع الشركات الصناعية العاملة في مدينة الخليل والموثقة في الغرفة التجارية، اما عينتها فتمثلت بـ 40 شركة صناعية لا يقل عدد العاملين بكل منها عن 4 عاملين، وكذلك ان هذه الدراسة أجريت خلال الفترة الممتدة من شهر شباط إلى شهر كانون أول من عام 2011. ولأغراض اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام عدد من الاساليب الاحصائية تمثلت في (اختبار كرونباخ الفا، والاحصاءات الوصفية، والمتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، واختبار ت، وتحليل التباين الاحادي، واختبار LSD). وبناءً على نتائج التحليل توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج كان من اهمها: 1) أن درجة كل من تطبيق استراتيجيات بورتر التنافسية في مؤسسات القطاع الصناعي، وأداء تلك المؤسسات في ظل تطبيق استراتيجيات بورتر التنافسية في مدينة الخليل كانت بدرجة مرتفعة. 2) كانت أكثر الاستراتيجيات تطبيقاً هي استراتيجية التميّز، تلاها استراتيجية قيادة التكلفة الشاملة، وأخيراً استراتيجية التركيز. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم اقتراح عدد من التوصيات كان من اهمها ضرورة قيام مؤسسات القطاع الصناعي في مدينة الخليل إلى تخفيض أسعار منتجاتها مع الحفاظ على الجودة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، وايضا توصي الدراسة هذه الشركات التركيز على الإبداع والابتكار للعاملين من خلال عقد الندوات واللقاءات، واستقطاب موارد بشرية لديها مهارات فنية عالية ومتميزة، وضرورة تركيز مؤسسات القطاع الصناعي على منطقة جغرافية محددة لتلبية احتياجاتها وكسب ولاء سكانها، وينبغي على القائمين على إدارة مؤسسات القطاع الصناعي في الخليل اتخاذ قرارات جريئة لتطوير مؤسساتهم رغم عدم التأكد أحياناً من المخرجات لاغتنام الفرص وزيادة الحصة السوقية.ar
