Abstract
My graduation project entitled (Commercial Center - Commercial Center),
which was proposed in the city of Nablus in the Wadi Al-Tuffah area along
Haifa Street, where this area constitutes the residential and commercial
extension of the city, as it is located to the west of the city and close to An Najah University and Rafidia Street in the city of the city.
The project was designed on a land area of 16000 square meters and the back
of the surrounding area of 6 meters, where this floor was used on the next
floor in the construction and construction of warehouses, warehouses and
warehouses in the construction of a storeroom and the construction of a
warehouse on the ground floor.
The output will be a magnet for the neighboring towns and villages of the
surrounding area.
Project The fluid project idea that the shopper will take inside this mall The
project element is realized inside and outside the project.
The front facade contains 3 entrances spread over a length of 200 meters in
length, and a fourth rear entrance.
Two main entrances have been designated for cars and shoppers, and another
private and separate lane for the movement of service vehicles and goods.
There were 150 car parks for shoppers, and another for the employees inside
the mall.
The horizontal and vertical movement of the shopper was studied, as fixed
and mobile stairs, regular elevators and panorama were used and distributed
on a regular basis throughout the project
