Abstract
In Palestine, when people travel between cities and towns, they often use minivan taxis or buses.
The minivan taxi drivers usually collect passengers from the bus center or on the road based on previous reservations using phone calls.
Suppose there is no nearby bus center. In that case, many passengers often spend much time calling different minivan taxi drivers to know if they have available seats to reserve and how long will the minivan taxi takes to reach them.
Thus, we want to build an application that aims to facilitate this process by allowing the passenger to see the map with the available busses near him/her going to the same destination, see the information about them, choose and book from them, and connect with bus driver by chat. He/she can then evaluate the driver and give feedback about the driver. The driver can accept or refuse the passenger and assign him/her as available. The admin registers the driver.
We will implement using flutter and google map.
Similar applications available today like Uber and Careem, and there was some Graduation project that had similar ideas for specific taxis office, but not for public minivan taxis and buses.
