Abstract
Aquarium Design Lamees Dawod In view of the reality we live in the West Bank and in the presence of the Israeli occupation, and its policy of erecting barriers and imposing movement restrictions on access to many areas, especially coastal areas; The Palestinian people miss a connection with a Marin Life, with our Palestinian viewpoint, our hope for liberation and insistence that coastal cities are always and forever Palestinian, marine organisms, and because my project depends on the existence of the marine environment and the integration of architecture with water in the first place, I went to apply the idea and build the project in the Mediterranean versus the city The Palestinian Jaffa, which is considered the oldest sea connection point for Palestine with the world. The main objective of the project is to create an opportunity to communicate with the marine creatures and get to know them, and to get acquainted with the world of "Aquarium seas and its hidden within an educational and entertainment atmosphere, through a project" After studying the city of Jaffa, choosing the project area and analyzing it, and analyzing the ocean in it, I decided to establish the project in the water surface on Andromeda rocks against the ancient façade of the city of Jaffa, provided that the project lines merge with the ocean as the lines start to start from the rocks with a boundary with breaking this boundary in a flow that simulates a flow Waves especially in the design roofs. A visitor arrives at the project through a bridge or port and then descends in a glass tunnel through the sea directly to the display floor on the sea floor to add an element of suspense to the entrance. The display floor contains facades and glass floors directly overlooking the sea, as well as on various pools of use for display methods of marine creatures, a special environment for amphibians with a celestial lighting and ice environment for the penguins. After that, the visitor moves to the next upstairs, which contains the library, restaurant, electronic display, and some employee offices. On the last floor (the top) there is a souvenir shop and research laboratories. After completing the tour inside the building, the visitor exits to the amphitheater to view the dolphins shows and view the rock story through the technique of "diving or sitting and enjoying the beauty of the surrounding scenery, and finally they can leave from Hologram" through the port of return and they can return through bridges.
