Abstract
This research is mainly aimed at developing a proposal for a regional plan for Jenin Governorate, due to the lack of comprehensive study of the Jenin Governorate, to obtain a new database on Jenin Governorate and to increase the coherence of the governorate in all economic and social fields. The study dealt with the theoretical aspect of defining the concept of regional planning and planning, addressing the foundations and theories related to regional planning, mentioning cases of regional planning, and the practical side which dealt with the general background of the site, And the conclusion to reach the proposed urban planning plan for Jenin Governorate.
