Abstract
The State of Palestine enjoys a unique and distinguished tourism wealth. Despite its small size, it is characterized by its spatial and historical character and its geographical character, which is rich in its biological, climatic and topographical diversity, which qualifies it to be a tourist attraction globally. As a result of the absence and poverty of tourism planning in most of its cities and villages, This project was chosen for the development of tourism planning in Nablus governorate as a model for the other Palestinian governments.
