Abstract
Summary The heritage of an area represent the reflection of the identity and the culture of that area, also it is the link between the past and the present and the clear evidence of it originality and authenticity. Which it should be conserved, rehabilitated, developed and regenerate to suit the circumstances of the times and the ongoing transformation of civilization. Thus there is a pressing need to regenerate the historical centers in Palestine. Which the Palestinian towns and villages’ are rich of architecture and culture heritage in spite of all the effects and infringements and climates inflicted daily that should be preserved and re-revived. And Palestinian historical centers has a special situation because it is under Israeli occupation which they try their best to obliterate Palestinian historical features by discrimination and demolition anything relate to their heritage. And the lack of awareness about the heritage importance. So first we make SDF with cooperate with local ministry to set development strategies for four regions in the north of the west bank (Sabistya –Burqa- Anabta – Bala’a ) by focusing on the historical dimension. And then using this strategies in regenerate every region separately, which the case study was Burqa village that is an historical area rich of architecture and culture heritage and one of thorn village. Which the regeneration of Burqa village was by making a comprehensive and integrated vision and action which leads to the resolution of urban problems from the diagnosis and analysis every sectors which seeks to bring about a lasting improvements in the economic , physical, social and environmental of Burqa village. And make a tourism path passing throw all the historical areas there by providing requirements and raise the level of services and set a tourist path passes all historic areas and passes the old tracks known within the village to enable residents in the village and the development of internal tourism.
