Abstract
The project speaks about rural housing in Nablus governorate.
It is rural in nature and takes into account the social
characteristics of citizens. It is integrated into the currents of
globalization, so that we reduce the tendency to urban centers
and preserve the urban pattern in a civilized way to help attract
the population and encourage reverse migration to reduce the
residential density in the city and provide some services. Which
neighboring villages can also benefit from, for example:
promoting rural tourism and paying attention to heritage and
historical sites.
A piece of land was selected in Nablus governorate based on
several criteria and then an analysis of the plot in all respects. A
network of streets was designed to connect them with the
surrounding area, to study the relationship between the streets
and the elements within the housing, and to determine the
building patterns and expected density of the population. The
final plan of housing and design.
