Abstract
In order to solve the problems faced in usual burners found in the market, such as cost fuel efficiency and maintenance, we have thought about creating that burner, and that was depicted in this graduation project.A new burner homemade style which provides the maximum efficiency with minimum cost, with many types of fuels utilized, usual burners burn one type of fuel only such as gas, or oil heavy oil ; light oil or some other type of fuel without a complete combustion so that it produces toxic gases like carbon monoxide. Adding to that the very high cost for Maintenance represented in keeping the fuel pump running. Our new burner waste fuel burner using many types of fuel such as diesel , kerosene, Seared oil, and gases so that it decrease the annual cost of the burner with complete combustion, fuel pump was replaced with light compressed air that can be obtained from even a tiny  small air compressor.A compressed air was used in the waste fuel burner instead of using the usual pump in burners, as a result  it can be used in many applications in different places such as melting furnaces, water boilers and heating systems. Waste fuel burner has higher and release more energy compared with normal burners. The waste fuel burner made from copper with simple basic design. Copper is a good heat conductor with resistance to corrosion.Waste fuel burner has a high efficiency, low cost operating and maintenance cost and operates on many types of fuel such as industrial fuel, diesel, gas, kerosene and waste oil.Later in project two the waste fuel burner will be developed to be more effective in combustion to be complete, in addition the combustion ratio will be found for each type of fuel to be suitable. The friction losses in pipe and fittings calculations and the caloric value will be contained in project two.
