Abstract
يقوم هذا البحث ( مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الالكترونية، الضوابط والآثار) على مبحثين وخاتمة تشمل النتائج والتوصيات، ففي المبحث الأول تم بيان معنى التواصل الاجتماعي لغة واصطلاحاً، وتوضيح معنى مصطلح ( التواصل الاجتماعي الالكتروني) كما عُرض فيه أنواع التواصل الاجتماعي والتي هي :( التواصل اللفظي بأنواعه، والتواصل الكتابة بأنواعه، والتواصل الالكتروني بأنواعه)، وحوى هذا المبحث أيضاً أمثلة على أشهر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الالكترونية المعروفة( الفيس بوك، التويتر، المدونات)، ثم خُتم هذا المبحث بمجالات التواصل الاجتماعي الالكتروني وهي: ( المجال الأسري، المجال التعليمي، التواصل مع غير المسلمين)
أما المبحث الثاني فقد اشتمل على أهم الضوابط التي يجب مراعاتها عند استخدام هذه التقنيات وهي كمايلي: ( تقوى الله تعالى ، جمع كلمة المسلمين، الوسطية والاعتدال، البُعد عن الشاذ من الأقوال، نسبة العلم لأهله، عدم التغرير بالآخرين، عدم إلحاق الضرر بالآخرين، عدم الإساءة للآخرين، عدم استخدام الصفحات الشخصية إلا بإذن أصحابها، الحوار البنّاء، القول الحسن، اختيار الوقت المناسب، مطابقة القول للفعل، مراعاة الأفهام والعقول، إرادة الإصلاح، الصدق في نقل الأخبار، اللين في القول، الصبر على الأذى) كما ذكرت في هذا المبحث أهم الإيجابيات التي تنتج عن استخدام هذه المواقع الالكترونية، وكذلك أهم السلبيات، واختتمت البحث بخاتمة ضمت أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

This research ( social networking sites , electronic controls and effects ) on the two sections and a conclusion include the findings and recommendations. In the first topic was the statement of the meaning of social networking language idiomatically , and to clarify the meaning of the term ( social networking -mail) as he presented the kinds of social networking , which are: ( verbal communication types, and communication writing types, and electronic communication types ) , and the thrust of this section are also examples of months sites Electronic known social networking ( Facebook , Twitter , blogs ) , then seal the topic areas of electronic social networking , namely: ( domestic sphere , the field of education , to communicate with non-Muslims)
The second section has been included on the most important controls that must be considered when using these techniques , a FOLLOWS : ( piety , God , unite the Muslims , moderation , away from the anomaly of words , the proportion of science to his family , not the corruption of others , do no harm to others , not abuse of others , do not use the personal pages without the permission of the owners , constructive dialogue , saying Hassan , choose the right time , matching say to do , taking into account the mala and minds , will reform , honesty in news reporting , soft to say , the patience to harm ) , as reported in this section The most important positives that result from the use of these websites , as well as the most important drawbacks , and concluded research conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations.
