Abstract
Each year at least thirds of university students experiences housing and residential life. This year, 53450 students had graduated from high schools in Palestine. A high percentage of them will tend to study at universities far away from their hometowns, living away from their families and that’s a big concern to students. As a student who had experienced residential life, I faced many problems starting from getting housing advertisements to booking, maintenance, and satisfaction issues. Therefore, in this project a website which facilitates rental apartments for students was developed.
The main objectives of our website are to help students book accommodations which suit their request easily, manage the whole process in one place and keep them in touch with available accommodations all the time. Moreover, the website will provide students with a fast and easy way to have a clear and good picture about the available ones.
The main objectives of our project is to build a user-friendly ,web-responsive social website that serves online Booking ,in which students are signed in so they can search for available accommodation near his destination ,it provides a reporting system that will include an interface to inform apartment owner about damage and maintenance purposes.
This application will be developed using HTML,CSS,JavaScript,Jquery and Ajax at the client side scripting,on the server side PHP and other frameworks used such as laravel and vue.js frameworks.
