- ItemTo intend the intention in Worships as in Islamic Jurisprudence(2013) Alia Ali Mohamed Yassin; Dr. Jamal KilaniThis study, in the title to intend the intention in worships as in Islamic Jurisprudence, is divided into four chapters and conclusion. The study dealt with intend the intention issue, and what related to it of definitions, utterances with linking to it by lingual and jurisprudential, that for, causes disagreement among the common people, and science intelligentsia about differences, sometimes reach to a disunity degree upon its judgment to a high point, somebody judged that the Moslem considered out of the denomination up to the degree of polytheism for the intention difference. The study viewed the intend concept, defined the intention lingual, conventionally, and the importance of the intention, its judgments, conditions, and time. The study focused on the intention by Islamic legislation view and rules with practical applications on intention in worship, jurisprudence upon purity, call to prayer, prayer, alms, charity, pilgrimage, manor hajj, expiatory gifts, votive offering and finally explain the variety jurisprudential opinions and the superior of it according to the science intelligentsia. The practical applications explained the importance of this issue in Moslem belief and behavior, especially with development and variance situations of Moslems life, that overcoming upon the discussions of science scholars who involved in the modern problems regardless of its importance. So the researcher found that the return to this issue (To intend the intention) as one of the required issues. The researcher reached to the conclusion, that the limit line of legality or illegality of intending is dependent upon the individual himself, and upon his awareness, his knowledge about the separated boarders between what is permissible or impermissible. The study recommended for more research and more practical applications which will enrich this field, that fore the lack of specialists studies alike, and if it is available may found in different books dealt with it throughout studies about worships generally.
