dc.descriptionهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى توظيف استراتيجية القبّعات السّتّ في الطلاقة اللّفظية لدى طلبة الصف السادس من وجهة نظر المعلّمين، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج المختلط، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (205) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وأيضاً تكونت من (10) معلمين ومعلمات للصف السادس الأساسي، وتمثلت أداتا الدراسة باستبانة ومقابلة طبقتا على معلمي الصف السادس ومعلماته، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ الدرجة الكلية لتوظيف استراتيجية القبّعات السّتّ والطلاقة اللّفظية من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت بدرجة كبيرة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسّطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو توظيف استراتيجية القبّعات الستّ والطلاقة اللّفظية من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم تُعزى لمتغيّرات (الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، ومكان السكن) في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسّطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو توظيف استراتيجية القبّعات السّتّ والطلاقة اللّفظية من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم تُعزى لمتغيّر الجنس في المجال الثالث والثاني لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو توظيف استراتيجية القبعات الست والطلاقة اللّفظية من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسّطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو توظيف استراتيجية القبّعات السّتّ والطلاقة اللّفظية من وجهة نظر المعلّمين أنفسهم تُعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في المجال الثالث والدرجة الكلية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسّطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو توظيف استراتيجية القبّعات السّتّ من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم تُعزى لمتغيّر مكان السكن في المجالين الخامس والسادس والدرجة الكلية. وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة تدريب معلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم ومعلماتها على توظيف استراتيجية القبّعات السّتّ في العملية التعليمية، والاهتمام بتنمية الطلاقة اللّفظية لدى الطلبة بمختلف الأعمار والمستويات، وتدريب طلبة المدارس على حلّ المشكلات بشكل إبداعي من خلال استخدام استراتيجيات تنمي لديهم القدرة الإبداعية.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the extent of employing the six hats strategy in verbal fluency among sixth-grade students from the teachers' point of view. The researcher followed the mixed approach. The study sample consisted of (205) male and female teachers, the sample consisted of (10) male and female teachers of the sixth grade. The study tools consisted of a questionnaire and interview with the male and female teachers of the sixth grade teachers. The study concluded that the total degree of employing the six hats strategy and verbal fluency from the teachers' point of view was significantly higher, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the responses average of the study sample members towards employing the six hats strategy and verbal fluency from the teachers’ point of view due to the variables (gender, years of experience, and place of residence) in the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth and total degrees, While there are statistically significant differences between the responses average of the study sample members towards employing the six hats strategy and verbal fluency from the teachers’ point of view themselves, due to the gender variable in the third domain in favor of males, and there are statistically significant differences between the responses average of the study sample members towards employing the six hats strategy and verbal fluency from the teachers’ point of view due to the educational qualification variable in all fields, the total degree in favor of a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree and above, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the responses average of the study sample members towards employing the strategy of the six hats and verbal fluency from the teachers’ point of view due to the variable years of experience in the fields in the third domain and the total degree, and there were statistically significant differences between the responses average of the study sample members towards employing the six hats strategy from the teachers’ point of view, due to the place of residence variable in the fifth and sixth domains and the total degree. The researcher recommended the necessity of training the teachers of the Ministry of Education to employ the six hats strategy in the educational process, and to pay attention to the development of verbal fluency among students of all ages and levels, and to train school students to solve problems creatively through the use of strategies that develop their creative ability.en_US
