Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the usability for Palestinian Education Arabic websites, for ten universities and twenty schools websites, depending on certain usability guidelines. These usability guidelines are derived from standard website usability guidelines, previous researches which discussed relative topic, the features of the top ten usable universities websites in the world, and from the worst ten website in the world for years between 2005-2008.
The results show that all Palestinian Arabic Education websites rank in poor usability, since they didn't follow usability guidelines. Though, there are many guidelines which were driven by making usability tests on non-Arabic people, there are many guidelines need to be tested by Arabic people.
