Orthokeratology is an overnight vision correction that provides a good daytime vision without needing any eye correction, that uses unique design gas permeable GP contact lenses to reshape the curvature of the cornea and reduce the refractive errors Objective To evaluate the efficiency of Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) in adolescent with moderate to high combined myopia astigmatism Hypothesis HO: (Ortho-k) lens is an effective way that can be used in high to moderate combined myopic astigmatism correction in adolescents. H1: Orthokeratology lens can't be used as a treatment for adolescents who have high to moderate combined myopic astigmatism. Methods pre and post intervention control study in , using (patients aged between (18 to 25) years , how have moderate to high myopia with low to moderate astigmatism , the patients were fitted with (Ortho-K) lenses for a period of time after they have visual acuity , refraction , axial length and corneal topography tests. Collecting the data was performed at baseline first, 1 week and 1 month after start wearing the lensesen_US
