| dc.description.abstract | This study investigated the degree to which women face obstacles in their participation in voluntary work in Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) in Nablus governorate. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical approach to understand the degree of such obstacles, gathering information from the study population by using a questionnaire and interviews for this purpose. The questionnaires were distributed and interviews carried out among the study sample in NGOs in Nablus governorate. They were selected by purposive sampling. The results regarding the degree of obstacles faced by women in voluntary work were as follows: social and cultural obstacles, economic and political obstacles, administrative and organisational obstacles, and personal obstacles. As for the results related to the research hypotheses: There was no statistically significant difference (on the level a=0.05) in the degree to which women face obstacles in their participation in voluntary work in Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) in Nablus governorate with regard to the variables of social status, age, educational level, first-time volunteers. | dc.description.abstract | بحثت هذه الدراسة في معرفة درجة معوقات مشاركة المرأة في العمل التطوعي في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في محافظة نابلس، واعتمد الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتعرف على درجة هذه المعوقات، حيث جمعت البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة باستخدام إستبانة ومقابلة أُعدت لهذا الغرض، ووزعت الاستبانة واجريت المقابلات على عينة الدراسة في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في محافظة نابلس، تم إختيارهم بطريقة العينة القصدية، وجاءت النتائج تبعا لدرجة المعوقات التي تواجه المرأة في العمل التطوعي على النحو الآتي (المعوقات الاجتماعية والثقافية، والمعوقات الاقتصادية والسياسية، والمعوقات التنظيمية والادارية، والمعوقات الشخصية)، أما النتائج المتعلقة بفرضيات الدراسة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05) في درجة معوقات مشاركة المرأة في العمل التطوعي في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في محافظة نابلس، تبعا لمتغير كل من (الحالة الاجتماعية، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، حالة التطوع للمرة الاولى)، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05) في درجة معوقات مشاركة المرأة في العمل التطوعي في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في محافظة نابلس، تبعا لمتغير كل من (الجنس، مكان السكن). | ar |
