| dc.description.abstract | <p>This study deals with the expected influences of the numbers of the Palestinian refugees on the efforts of both Palestinians and Israelis in achieving a final settlement. It seeks to investigate the problems could face, the aforementioned parties, in building peace in the Middle East region. The primary objective of this study is to provide geographic, demographic and political analysis of the Palestinian question. In specific terms, the aim is first of all to draw the great attention of the world’s political leaders on the need to a permanent peace agreement in the Middle East. Therefore, this study is not confined entirely to the Palestinian question as a product of political events over the past 62 years and present conditions but seeks also to investigate the expected consequences of the currently held peace process.</p> <p>Throughout the study, comparisons are to be made between Israelis and Palestinians; matching their concepts of peace and attitudes toward the Return of Palestinians to their homeland.</p> | en |
