dc.descriptionThe study aims to investigate the impact of social media and personal websites on family's interaction according to parents' point of views in Gaza districts. The study takes three districts in Gaza strip (Gaza, Al-Wusta, Khan-Younis) as an example of field study. The sample of the study consists of (310) parents distributed on the three districts as follows: Gaza (135)parents, Al-Wusta (70)parents, Khan-Younis (105)parents. The field samples of the study were intentionally non-probabilistic stratified samples, and the study was carried out during the period of March till the middle of April,2014. The researchers followed the analytical descriptive methodology, and they designed a questionnaire as a study instrument to identify the effect of social media and personal websites on family's interaction according to parents' point of views. Means, percentages, and statistical analysis were used to show the results which indicate that (92%) of sons use social media technology and personal websites according to their parents in the three districts which were roughly equal, and the results also show that the most prominent sites of those were: Facebook, Tweeter, and Youtube. Facebook was the most widely used according to (76.4%) of users, then Youtube according to (16.8%) of users, then Tweeter with (6.8%) of users. Depending on preliminary results, parents think that using social media by their sons has a medium effect on interaction between family members. In light of these results, the researchers found that electronic social media is of interest and trust to sons, so it's important to insist on parents' role in monitoring the use of these web sites by their sons, and to motivate them to activate interaction between family members.en_US
dc.description.abstractهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن تأثير استخدام تكنولوجيا الوسائط الاجتماعية والمواقع الشخصية الإلكترونية على الحوار الأسري من وجهة نظر الآباء بمحافظات غزة، واتخذ البحث من محافظات (غزة، الوسطى، خانيونس) أنموذجاً للدراسة الميدانية، حيث تَكون قوام عينة البحث من (310) مبحوثاً من الأباء من مفردات مجتمع الدراسة الميدانية موزعين على الثلاث محافظات هي: محافظة غزة وقد بلغ قوامها (135) من الأباء، وعينة محافظة الوسطى قد بلغ قوامها (70) من الأباء، وعينة محافظة خانيونس (105) من الأباء، وقد اختيرت عينات الدراسة الميدانية بالطريقة الطبقية القصدية غير الاحتمالية، واتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام أداة الاستبانة لتحقيق هدف البحث. واستخدمت الدراسة الميدانية المعالجات الإحصائية كالتكرارات والنسب المئوية، وأظهرت النتائج أن ما نسبته (92%) من الأبناء يستخدمون مواقع تكنولوجيا الوسائط الاجتماعية والمواقع الشخصية الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر الأباء في المحافظات الثلاث والتي كانت متقاربة، وأن أبرز تلك المواقع التي يستخدمها الأبناء دائماً بالترتيب موقع الفيسبوك جاء في مقدمة هذه المواقع وبما نسبته (76.4%)، تـلاه موقع يوتيوب بما نسبته (16.8%)، ثم موقع تويتـر بنسبة (6.8%). وتبين من النتائج أن الأباء يروا بأن لجوء الأبناء إلى مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الإلكتروني يؤثر على اقامة الحوارات الأسرية بتأثير متوسط. وفي ضوء النتائج توصل البحث إلى أن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الإلكتروني تحظى باهتمام وثـقـة متزايده من الأبناء، وبالتالي من الضروري التأكيد على دور الأباء والأمهات في رعاية ووقاية الأبناء من مخاطر تلك المواقع من خلال التوجيه والمتابعة والرقابة والتنظيم، والإهتمام بتفعيل مشاركة الأبناء في الحوار الاجتماعي داخل الأسرة.en_US
