| dc.description.abstract | <p>This study aimed at revealing the contribution of the student deaneries to providing the recreational activities of the Palestinian Student as viewed by the employees and the students. To achieve this purpose of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method in his study and designed a questionnaire consisting of two parts :<br /> The first part pertains to the activities that the deaneries provide in the Palestinian universities. It included four dimensions: the cultural, the artistic, the athletic and the social.</p> <p>The second part pertains to the procedures that the deaneries follow in providing the recreational activities for the Palestinian university students as viewed by the students as well by the employees of the university deaneries.<br /> After the distribution of the questionnaire to the referees who are known for their expertise and specializations, and the modification of the necessary items, the questionnaire were then distributed among the students of the Palestinian universities who are registered as regular students for the purpose of getting the B. A. degree and are in the 2nd, 3rd, and fourth years. The population of the study ( N = 23847 ) consisted of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students at the following universities: Arab American University, An Najah National University, BirZeit University, AlQuds University, Bethlehem University, Hebron University and Palestine Polytechnic.</p> <p>The researcher selected a study sample of (1192) students in a stratified random way. The sample consisted of (548) males and (644) females. As for the staff of the deaneries, they consisted of (40) employees. The researcher selected (70%) of these randomly as a sample (n = 28).</p> <p>For answering the study questions and testing the hypotheses, the researcher used means, percentages, one way ANOVA using the SPSS. The researcher reached at the following results:</p> <p>1 – The contribution of the student deaneries in providing the students of the Palestinian universities with recreational activities was( small). This applies to all the areas: the cultural, the artistic, the athletic and the social.</p> <p>2- The procedures followed by the deanships in the provision of recreational activities for the students of the Palestinian universities were( low)as viewed by the students and the student affairs employees.</p> | en |
| dc.description.abstract | <p>هدف هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى إسهام عمادات شؤون الطلبة في توفير الأنشطة الترويحية لطلبة الجامعات الفلسطينيةكما يراه الطلبة والعاملون. ولتحقيق هذا الهدفاستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في دراسته، وقام بتصميم استبانة مكونة من شقين:<br /> الشق الأول: يتعلق بالأنشطة التي توفرها عمادات شؤون الطلبة في الجامعات الفلسطينية، وشملت أربعة مجالات هي: الثقافية، والفنية، والرياضية، والاجتماعية.<br /> الشق الثاني: يتعلق بالإجراءات التي تتبعها عمادات شؤون الطلبة في توفير الأنشطة الترويحية لطلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية،كما يراها الطلبة والعاملون في عمادات شؤون الطلبة.</p> <p>وبعد عرضها على المحكمين من أصحاب الخبرة والتخصص وتعديل الفقرات اللازمة، تم توزيعها على طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية المسجلين والمنتظمين على مقاعد الدراسة للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس من السنوات الدراسية الثانية والثالثة والرابعة، من "الجامعة العربية الأمريكية، وجامعة النجاح الوطنية، وجامعة بيرزيت، وجامعة القدس، وجامعة بيت لحم، وجامعة الخليل، وجامعة بوليتكنيك فلسطين"، والبالغ عددهم (23847)طالبا وطالبة. اختار الباحث عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية والبالغة ( 1192 ) طالبا وطالبة، بواقع (548) طالبا و(644) طالبة. أما العاملون في عمادات شؤون الطلبة والبالغ عددهم (40) عاملاً، فقد اختار الباحث (70%) منهم كعينة للدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية، وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة (28) عاملاً.<br /> وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة وفرضياتها فقد استخدم الباحث المتوسطات الحسابية والنسب المئوية، وكذلك اختبار ت ( t-test )، وتحليل التباين الأحادي (One- Way ANOVA)، من خلال برنامج الرزم الإحصائية (SPSS). وتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج الآتية:<br /> 1- إن إسهام عمادات شؤون الطلبة في توفير الأنشطة الترويحية لطلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية كان (قليلا).،على مجالات الدراسة (الثقافية والفنية والرياضية والاجتماعية).<br /> 2- إن واقع الإجراءات التي تقوم بها عمادات شؤون الطلبة في توفير الأنشطة الترويحية لطلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية كما يراها الطلبة والعاملون في عمادات شؤون الطلبةكان (قليلا).</p> | ar |
