Abstract

The disabled people are very important humanitarian issue that need attention from us. The disabled people can has an application on his own android mobile that will sense his voice then translate it to useful sentence , then send it to a microcontroller in order to control something such as turn on the light , moreover send a message for his family if he fell down from the chair , it is more useful for these people whom has disability in their hand .
