H1: Orthokeratology lens can't be used as a treatment for adolescents who have high to moderate combined myopic astigmatism. Methods pre and post intervention control study in , using (patients aged between (18 to 25) years , how have moderate to high myopia with low to moderate astigmatism , the patients were fitted with (Ortho-K) lenses for a period of time after they have visual acuity , refraction , axial length and corneal topography tests. Collecting the data was performed at baseline first, 1 week and 1 month after start wearing the lenses
