To that end, the researcher raised the following question: What is the impact of using the Google documents on the ninth graders’ achievement in the Technology discipline and their motivation to study it? To answer the question of the study and test its hypotheses, the researcher used the quasi- experimental design. The population of the study was all ninth grade students attending public schools in Tulkarm Governorate. The total number of these students was 3,403. The sample of the study consisted of 47 students of both sexes at Kufor Zeebad Primary Coeducational School. The sample was divided into two groups: experimental and control. The former was asked to study the material of the discipline using Google documents while the latter was asked to study the material using the typical way. The experiment was administered to the participants of the study in the first academic semester 2016-2017. For this purpose, the researcher prepared academic C material in which students were asked to make use of Google documents . The researcher also designed cooperative academic tasks. She in addition designed an achievement test and used the Students’ Motivation Towards Science Learning( SMTSL) scale (Tuan, et al, 2005). The researcher used ANCOVA test to analyze the data. After data analysis, it was found that there were statistically significant differences at ( = 0.05) between the averages of the achievement of the experimental group and the achievement of the control group which could be attributed to the method of teaching in favor of the former group. It was also found that there were statistically significant differences at ( = 0.05) between the averages of motivation towards learning the Technology material which could be attributed to method of teaching in favor of the experimental group. In the light of these findings, the researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education give more attention to schools and provide them with necessary technology. In addition, she suggests holding workshops for teachers to train them on employing educational technologies and to adopt Google documents in the learning process.
